  1. The OWLGEN code generator generates template
  2. C++ code for a Borland C++ OWL windows
  3. application from windows resource files. It
  4. is a drop-file client  (i.e. you drag a file
  5. from a drop-file server, like File Manager,
  6. and drop it on the application icon).  When
  7. you run OWLGEN, it will run as an icon on
  8. your desktop.
